Brittany is a certified 500 hour yoga instructor with Yogaspace, Toronto. Specific areas of study she pursued included Therapeutic Yogassage, Restorative and Pre/Postnatal Yoga. 

After entering motherhood in 2016 she has developed a passion for connecting and serving expectant parents and those in the early years of parenting. This year she has enrolled with Bebomia to become certified as a Maternal Support Practitioner (Doula) and a Childbirth Educator. 

At the forefront, Brittany considers herself an advocate for rest. In each class you will experience the benefits of taking the time to slow everything down. By nature, some yoga postures bring you into a place of effort and vulnerability but then, provide the opportunity for you to surrender, let go and create ease in your body… she believes given time you will build on this powerful mind body connection and it will prepare you for a conscious and united experience through your pregnancy, birth and parenthood.
